COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT LE MASQUE SWITZERLAND

Le Masque Switzerland started 9 March 2017 with the launch at Marionnaud Switzerland in 90 shops. Since then, we have shown rapid growth! 8 Different masks are available in more than 400 premium shops, with 7 Retailers in 4 countries.

We are available online in 11 countries. At Zürich Airport, Basel Airport and Geneva Airport you find us as well. We have our webshop in different languages with 4 payment-options in 4 currencies. Sylvie Meis is our ambassador since 2018.

Currently with a small team, we have proven that our concept of ‘Swiss made premium masks for a medium price’ works. The most important compliment is that sales-staff at our client like Marionnaud Switzerland says that ‘people who bought it, will come back for Le Masque Switzerland’.

With a innovation coming up that is unlike anything you have seen before, we are looking for a talented commercial assistant with hands-on mentality. We need that special person that can manage the back-office.

Tasks:

Ordering: ordering different stock with our partners
Logistics: organize shipments worldwide to our customers via DHL or forwarders
Web-orders: coordinate the web-orders direct to our online customers.
Invoicing: preparing and sending invoices to clients
Payments: check and pay the incoming invoices
Stock-control: keep overview/re-order on the stock at our 2 warehouses
Reporting: quarterly reporting
Customer-care: answer any questions from B2B and B2C clients
Bookkeeping: general bookkeeping – knowledge of Bexio is preferred
- You deliver the input for the Accountant in Switzerland
VAT/MWST: quarterly declaration statements in CH + NL
Languages: UK + DE (FR is a benefit)
Marketing+Sales: assist in Marketing and Sales activities

This is a hands-on job for an all-rounder with an administrative background and basic logistic knowledge. We can discuss flexible hours. We have a fantastic office in the centre of Zürich.
